I have only 1 active video adapter in devices manager but I couldn't select it in options so I got to use compatibility mode. Any fix?

The option to explicitly select a video adapter is not available in OBS Studio. I assume it is planned to be added, but I do not know for sure. OBS Studio automatically selects a video adapter on application startup. If you only have one video adapter, then this is a non-issue for you, as it will only ever select the only video adapter that you have.

But there's an issue with recording/streaming ARMA3.
The only fix is to select "compatibility mode" in source options and this also is the fix mentioned for multi-adapter issue.

I don't understand what you're saying. Where is this issue and fix for ARMA3 mentioned?
There is no "compatibility mode" setting in the Game Capture source. There is "Multi-adapter Compatibility" and "Use anti-cheat compatibility hook" and those are two completely different things. "Use anti-cheat compatibility hook" is to prevent games and anti-cheat services from thinking that the OBS Game Capture hook is a cheat app. "Multi-adapter Compatiblity" is meant for SLI/CrossFire setups. You only have one video adapter (you said so yourself), so enabling this doesn't make sense.
