Question / Help Blank Screen When Trying to Capture Display

Hello, I am a new user (potentially!), and new to the forum so may I first take this opportunity to say hello to all!

I have just downloaded OBS and tried to do a display capture and I just get the grey screen, I have followed the trouble shooting instructions with no success, I have also checked and updated windows 10 and generally had a search on the internet to see if I can find a solution, - No success, I am a failure! and still get the blank screen, I was wondering if some could please point me in the right direction!

Many thanks in anticipation of any help, (I have attached a link for the last log file (I had tried several times, but this is the last attempt), I am sure I have just not set something correctly.

You can't perform desktop capture on a laptop with both discrete (Nvidia) and integrated (Intel) GPUs while OBS is running on the discrete GPU.
