Blank Screen on laptop that was working?

I have a Dell laptop with dual graphics cards, Intel and NVidia, and until recently OBS was working fine. But when I tried it today I am getting a blank screen when trying to record videos in the Chrome browser.

Nothing has changed on the laptop since OBS was working except the usual windows updates. The PC is running Windows 11.

I read the sticky on this forum and have altered the graphics setting so that OBS is using the power saving Intel card. I also tried disabling Browser Source Hardware acceleration which was suggested on another forum.

Finally I undated the NVidia drivers and reinstalled OBS, but none of the above have helped.

I'm attaching my latest log file, please could someone help?

There seems to be various errors in the log file, could someone suggest what might be going wrong?

This problem only appeared to start after a recent Windows 11 update. Does this mean there might be an incompatibility or bug in the latest OBS version?
