Question / Help blank display capture screen

OBS studio has this problem where, i have created a scene with a display capture, using my first display monitor, and change to another scene, that doesn't have a display capture scene, shut down OBS studio, then re-run it, my non-display capture scene appears, switch back to my display capture scene, the scene is completely black/blank, switch to my 2nd monitor, in display capture settings, it shows up, switch back to my first monitor it is black/blank again, showing your display capture scene, shut down OBS studio again , then re-run it, THEN my 1st monitor display shows up without a problem.

What causes this to happen ? or is there a fix for this ? is it a known problem ?

I am using Win 10 Pro x64, with an MSI Nvidia 970GTX 4GB card, and a Intel i5-4670k 3.4ghz CPU.

yes it always happens, also the desktop audio tab in the mixer appears sluggish while this is happening, if i shut down recentral, then restart it, that slugishness is not there anymore.
