Question / Help Blackscreen? Only repeating sound on Twitch

Hi,

I try to broadcast on twitch for the first time, i use obs 17.0.0 and i have read the guide. But when i push the start streaming button, i see on twitch he is live, only thing i see is the commercial of xbox one and than a black screen, only my sound is there but it is repeating the whole time. Also in obs i have black screen, i cant even see my desktop. What did i do wrong?
Please help me.

A few things likely.
1> you shouldn't be monitoring your stream on the same computer you're streaming from
2> Post an OBS session log from that session.
3> Make sure you've actually added sources to OBS that are actually displaying stuff.
