Question / Help Blackscreen on integrated graphics

My laptop doesn't have a GPU, just an integrated graphics card. And yet I am getting the same issue as described in the sticky post: I can record my webcam and most windows just fine, but the second I open a fullscreen game (Mass Effect in this test) the webcam feed freezes, the screen stays black, and I only record sound until I minimize the game, at which point the webcam picks up again.

Update: I can capture Portal 2, but not Mass Effect. So maybe it's a settings issue, either in OBS or the games themselves. Can anybody help me solve this mystery?

1. ur CPU is pretty weak
2. use QuickSync
(3. reduce Webcam resolution even more - i use 424x240 when i stream 720p)

1. Yeah thanks, I knew that.
2. Can you elaborate on that?
3. Reducing the resolution didn't work on its own. Maybe it'll help in conjunction with something else?
