Bug Report Blackscreen Gamecapture

Hi I have a problem with my OBS Studio, i wanted to capture my game with the gamecapture mode.

The moment i try this it will not work. Display capture does work. I tried running OBS with admin rights, other resolutions (720 & 1080), (nvenc) & (x264) settings.
Also tried the automatic wizard assistant but still no results.
I checked on youtube and your forums for a fix, if there is already a fix please let me know!

CPU: AMD 1700X 4.0Ghz (OC)
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1070 Aero ITX 8G
RAM: G.Skill 16 GB 3200Mhz
Monitor: MSI Optix MAG24C 144Hz

Update: I tried diffrent games with directx9 dx11 and 12 games but still no result. Also lower ingame graphics have no result. Directx 12 games crashed on startup with OBS on. Think about: Destiny 2, League of Legends, Forza Horizon 4, Rocket League.
I also have a second monitor, normal resolution is 1600x900 but i downscaled it on windows to 1280x720. I have this problem already for a longer time, reinstalling does not work either, and changing graphics cards is not doing the work.

OBS is used for streaming on twitch.

Destiny 2 cannot be captured with game capture due to DRM. It must be captured with window or display capture.

The wizard is for adjusting resolution, frame rate and quality settings-- it doesn't change the way game, window or display captures work.

Thnx, now I stream my games on Display mode, i have changed settings for my cpu (obs & ig) so i can play my games without any problems.

Still not fixed the blackscreen on gamecapture mode.
Is there any benefit for using the gamecapture mode?

Game capture mode is more performant. On games that it works on, you should use it.

It doesn't work on Destiny 2 and most likely never will.
