Blackmagic WebPresenter Missing Frames

Hi Guys,

i use the blackmagic design web presenter as videosouce in OBS. Everything is working fine beside the video. Irregular some frames are missing (frames only, the audio is working fine). I checked a lot of possible settings, nothing worked jet. Any idea to fix the problem?

Setup Information:
video input: SDI 720p/576i
cpu: core i5 4. Gen. 3.6 GHz —> up to 12 % during streaming and recording
ram: 8 GB 1333 Mhz
encoder: QuickSync —> up to 50% during stream and recording
