Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3G no SDI video input

Hi I recently bought the Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3G.
I am trying to get SDI input from my analog mixer output but nothing is showing up, just black.
I am using the Blackmagic input on OBS and all the settings on default and auto.
Hope to have some input overhere on this topic. thanks.
