Question / Help BlackMagic Shuttle Thunderbolt or USB 3.0 ?

Hello to all! So I have a Macbook pro that has 2 thunderbolt inputs and 2 USB inputs, I'm already using one thunderbolt input to capture 720p 60 fps from a Blackmagic UltraStudio mini recorder, on one USB I have (via a powered USB hub) 2 Logitechs cameras. I want to replace one of these Logitechs for a 1080p 60fps camera. My question is, based on the hardware I already have, should I get BM's Shuttle Thunderbolt or USB version?

the intensity line of external captures don't do 1080p60, but it shouldn't matter thunderbolt vs usb
