hello all, i am working on project which will be shown in the next days, starting tomorrow evening.
here is our build. we have 4 cameras (SDI OUT) which we edit live on DATAVIDEO HS 2000 (SDI IN through BLACKMAGIC SDI to HDMI converter to HDMI out) that videosignal is captured by a BLACKMAGIC INTENSITY SHUTTLE USB 3.0 and passed through HDMI OUT to several projectors. everything's working fine. but when we try capturing the video signal coming in the shuttle to stream live via OBSstudio to youtube obs shows only a black screen coming from intensity shuttle. the pass through works though. Edit from DATAVIDEO HS 2000 comes in 720p 50fps. i can't figure out the problem. in blackmagics media express i can see the picture coming in. is it possible to stream via obs while passing through to different projectors? does anybody have an idea? i can post the log later as soon as i get to the pc. we tried same setup but using a imac instead of pc and everything worked well plug and play. i can't find documentation on it. drivers and everything are up to date. streaming my screencapturing works fine. streaming my audio received via my external soundcard works fine too. only the picture of the shuttle is not streamable.

here are my specs
