Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle doesn't work on OBS 26.1.0

In 26.0.2 Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle works fine.

However, In 26.1.0 It doesn't detect any of the resolutions

and consequently, doesn't capture the display.

tested on 26.1.0-rc2 and same issue.

I had a similar issue with a UltraStudio Mini Recorder. It displayed video in Auto but would flicker. If I picked any resolution it green screened. I updated to Blackmagic Desktop Video 11.7 in case there were any firmware updates (none for my device), restarted and then updated OBS to 26.1. I recall something about pixel format being in the wrong range in logs. I reverted back to 26.0.2.

Interestingly, I have an Extreme 3D+ and a Decklink Duo, and upgrading to 26.1.0 resulted in a green window instead of the video feed, regardless of the input resolution. Rolling back to 26.0.2 did the trick for me.

@qhobbes seems to be on the right track. I'm using Decklink API 11.6, which works fine with 26.0.2.

Only errors I can see in my logs is:

08:36:59.445: decklink: Stopping capture of 'DeckLink HD Extreme 3D+'...
08:36:59.516: decklink: Starting capture...
08:37:02.479: decklink: Stopping capture of 'DeckLink HD Extreme 3D+'...
08:37:02.525: decklink: Starting capture...

On another launch...

08:37:29.124: Video Capture Device: data.GetDevice failed
08:37:29.124: Video Capture Device: Video configuration failed

After rolling back to 26.0.2, I saw that the Decklink APU version being used is far older:

08:57:43.177: Decklink API Compiled version 10.11.4
08:57:43.177: Decklink API Installed version 11.6

Confirm.
I have the same problem with the three BMD cards.
I went back to an older version of OBS

I changed the Color Range from Partial to Default and the flickering went away. I'm using the following settings in 26.1:
