when trying to capture video threw my capture card comes up with a black screen.
in this example its set to 720p but it hasn't mattered what it is set to nothing comes up. ive tried adjusting all the settings so far in this window with no luck. however i do know that the card is working becouse.
it comes up in their software. now i do know the system is reserving the capture to obs becouse it won't come up in media express without closing obs.

- running obs as administrator.
- verifying that the pane is upfront and visible.
- updating blackmagics software.
- uninstalling and reinstalling said software.
- updating obs.
- uninstalling and reinstalling obs.
- trying different devices with hdmi cable
- trying new hdmi cable
- verified that it is in the correct port
- tried switching the slot the card was in
- going threw all available rez on ps4
- verified that HDCP is off.
