My blackmagic ultrastudio mini recorder works fine with obs multiplatform on my imac.
however, after I finish a live broadcast, I turn off my ps4 and quit obs.
the next day I do a live broadcast, I open up obs and the capture device has a black screen.
even media express tells me there is no capture device connected.
I would restart my imac and only then will obs and media express recognize the device.
(I leave my imac on. I don't shut it down after every use. I don't have it go on sleep mode either. just put the display to sleep after 15 mins)
