Blackmagic Decklink Compatibility above V26.0.2

I have both a blackmagic intensity pro 4K and a decklink mini recorder. Neither of these work with OBS versions above 26.0.2. Everything works fine with that version as soon as I upgrade to any newer version I get only black screens in OBS. From what I can tell I have the latest drivers from Blackmagic.
Running on:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
OS build 19043.1110
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5675 @ 3.07GHz
Installed RAM 24.0 GB
PTZ Optics SDI cameras running through converters to HDMI ATEM Mini Pro
ATEM Mini connected through HDMI to Decklink mini recorder

Any ideas why compatibility is lost after V26.0.2?

Same. Before the OBS version change, there were more options in properties beyond 'auto.'
It seems to me that the Intensity Shuttle will only give you video if you are "asking for" exactly the right size and frame rate.
