black stream (toggo.de) while recording my screen

Hello. I have a problem with recording videos for my kids on the website www.toggo.de - i want to save 1-2 paw patrol episodes for them but unfortunately, the screen is black. There are 1-2 ads before the actual video, they can be recorded but as soon as the episode of paw patrol starts, the stream turns black.

i tried adding OBS to the windows graphics settings in order to use the full performance of the gpu. besides that i can't find any other help.

I have a Windows 11x64 PC and I also tried this on a Windows 10x64 PC.
