Well, im working to fix it all the day, i speak with a Developer on the forums, he told me check the config of nvidia control panel, something i got it since one week ago when im started to stream, the obs program and the games are all on the same config to fix exactly this black screen but in this last patch something is wrong.... i checked so much things, all i think, i can see the games captures workin with diferents setting on the nvidias control panel and puting in obs config of the capture games (the font) the option multi adapter compatibility on, it works, u see good in prewatch on obs but in the streem it see laged.... no more options to fix it yet, so please do a hotfix or something for users like me having this problem, i think we just want have the original config of obs when it works well ^^ thankyou and sorry for your eyes and my english :P

We changed fixed an issue with the creator's update of windows 10, which makes it use the faster capture method on DirectX9 games. However, the faster capture method requires that OBS and the game run on the same GPU -- and in that log, OBS appears to be running on the NVIDIA.

There's two different ways to fix this:

1.) You can use the slower capture method again if you want that's more compatible, you can turn it back on by going to game capture's properties and enabling the "multi-adapter compatibility mode"

or:

2.) Set your nvidia control panel to prefer the NVIDIA GPU for most programs ("performance"). See this thread for instructions:

#2 is definitely recommended for the best capture performance, but if you have any issues you can always use #1 again if you choose.
