Question / Help Black spots with MP4 Files

I am having these black spots after I put my recording into Vegas.

I tried using FLV but lately , it's been recording really bad quality and I don't know why since I haven't changed any settings.

I don't have VLC.
The videos are fine until i put them into vegas, doesn't matter what rendering I do afterwards , they have Black spots on youtube as well.

If your raw files, when checked in a media player, are fine, then the problem is in vegas and not in obs.
Get VLC and check with it.
