When I go to make a video, I get high FPS and everything looks good. When I go to watch the video from my files, I have high FPS and everything looks good. But for some reason, when I bring it into my editing software, everything gets all splotchy and weird. I'm not sure if it's the editing software or something with OBS and my settings. The time and place of the splotches changes, but there's always the splotches. When I export it, it still looks weird.
