Black screen

Hi,

I am trying to connect a Firestick to my laptop using a Rybozen 4K audio video capture card however all I can view is a black screen Attached is the previous log file.

I have reinstalled OBS, deleted and re-installed the source (Video Capture Device) etc but no joy.

I forgot to mention that the Firestick works on a TV but not the laptop
