Question / Help Black screen

My obs will not let me record my screen I have a game capture and a display capture set up and all it shows is a black screen it worked before I updated it I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing has worked.

Chrome can't be game captured, it's not a game.
And display capture is disabled by your laptop's settings.

I know game capture wouldn't work for chrome. What settings would i need to change

To window capture chrome, you disable hardware acceleration in chrome's settings.
