Question / Help Black Screen (wont recognize gpu)

im currently getting black screen when i try and use any game capture. i went into settings and it wont let me choose my video card (i think this is the problem), i am currently using a nvidia gtx 750 ti. ive tried a few things but nothing seems to work. ive tried running as admin to see if that will give it privelages to notice my gpu, but i got nothing, im having problems getting my webcam to work as well, i cn capture windows and my monitor, just no directx games like cs go or tf2, if sum1 cud help me that wud be much appreciated thank you.

i can get my desktop to pop up, and show my browser, just not games like anything dx. im having the same problem with my webcam, thats not showing up either

You're not dealing with a "Won't recognize GPU" problem here.

You're looking at something else.
