Question / Help Black Screen with Window capture

Hello! Sorry if this is redundant, I searched around and couldn't find anyone with my issue.I'm new at all of this too. I'm trying to do a live podcast. I'm unable to window capture any apps, such as Teams, Skype, or Twitch. Chrome with window capture fine, but I'd like to use apps if at all possible. Window capture will show my cursor, but nothing else.

That's not an option under video for me.

That is very strange... I don't know why it's not there. for me there is.

It's not possible to disable Aero with Windows 10.
Unfortunately, it's also not possible to use any capture except display capture to capture Windows Store apps. I suppose Microsoft Teams and Skype are Windows Store apps. Chrome can be window-captured, if you disable hardware acceleration in Chrome configuration.
