Question / Help Black Screen with Intel Iris Pro (No NVIDIA / No AMD)

Hi!

Intel NUC i7 with Intel Iris Pro Graphics. ONLY 1 GPU (Not NVIDIA or AMD combo)

Everything works fine (elgato HD60 + browser capture + input webcam), but I can't capture windows.

I'm triying to capture a window (chrome window or skype videocall), but I receive a black window. I tried to adjust 3D config at Intel Graphics control panel, but nothing happen. Anyone could give so light here?

Run as admin, obs64.exe forced as high performance in Control panel.... nothing works.

You can't window capture chrome if chrome has hardware acceleration on.

I don't believe the latest version of Skype can be window captured-- you should install the NDI module and enable NDI in the advanced call options in Skype instead.

Chrome now works fine!

Skype keeps black screen. I tried with the Creators Version of Skype. NDI is working, but OBS show black screen. Any ideas?

Did you install the NDI plugin in OBS?

Solved! Now NDI works fine with Skype. I had to select the source form NDI settings.
