Question / Help Black screen with game capture

That is the log file. For some reason OBS will record my screen and everything else works but game capture. The sound goes through but video does not. Please help thanks. I've tried a fair number of methods (running in compatibility mode, running as admin, and turning off google hardware accelerator) but none of them work please help thanks.

Can you post a log with a recording attempt? You can just record for maybe a minute, stop, and grab the log and post it here.

I can record and stream but it only picks up the sound. Also it only seams to work with steam games it captures them fine but any other game I happen to download (like the one in the log) it will only capture sound.

I was trying to capture an older game that doesn't work in fullscreen but does work in windowed mode. OBS will capture fullscreen stuff but anything windowed it won't pick up. Or maybe the game is just old.

I come across this a lot while playing different games. Try using Window Capture instead whenever Game Capture doesn't work.
