Question / Help Black Screen with Game Capture

I've been trying to get Heroes of the Storm to work, but I can't seem to get the capture to do anything. I've tried both capturing a full-screen application and capturing the specific window Heroes is under and still nothing. I've also as other threads suggested ran both programs as administrator.
