I've opened Obs with desktop shortcut by right clicking and then "run integrated graphics".
According to the log file that's the Nvidia GPU that has been chosen because i'm not the admin?

As you can see on the files written in french attached , there is my account/User/admin/microsoft Account on the " desktop shortcut" obs but with only "special rights/authorizations". If I Decide to open obs.exe in the directory (not with the shortcut) , my admin account is not there (@gmail.com).
My User account (admin microsoft and only account) is also not present under my Disk C: (right click properties).
There seems to be another slight issue according to the log file:
23:17:32.731: [CoreAudio encoder]: CoreAudio AAC encoder not installed on the system or couldn't be loaded
23:17:32.732: Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'decklink-ouput-ui.dll'
23:17:32.769: [AMF] AMF Test failed due to one or more errors.
23:17:32.769: Failed to initialize module 'enc-amf.dll'
