Black screen while trying to stream overwatch on windows 11

I have never had an issue in windows 10. Since upgrading to windows 11 I cannot stream overwatch as the game capture just shows a black screen. Display capture works. I haven't tested on other games yet.

I should add that it has worked on windows 11 for about 1 stream and then it broke again... No idea
