Hello. I started a new channel for PUBG Mobile after my old channel died with around 1.6k subs. I remembered that there is a app called "Connect" in-built in windows 10 for mirroring your device screen to your pc so I thought of connecting my S7 Edge and then using Window Capture and live stream PUBG Mobile, but unfortunately I get a black screen while using it with the Window Capture. I don't wanna use the Display Capture since I wanna read the chat and look if my stream is going perfect or not. I had a problem similar to this for Chrome but I just had to disable hardware acceleration for it to work but in the Connect app I cannot do anything. Please help!!!

To simulate window capture for Windows store apps, you can use display capture and crop the borders, so the only thing left is the area of the corresponding app. Of course, you must not move or resize the app, or put other windows over it, but it's probably the best approach you have. Probably works best on a secondary monitor where you only put your static apps and don't shuffle windows and apps around.

Thank you!! I had a second monitor but removed it cause it wasn't really any use to me later.

I hope it is not too late for my reply since it has been 2 years. Just upgrade your OBS version to 25 and it should be able to capture window store apps now. :)
