Question / Help Black Screen when trying to Video Capture in Macbook Pro 2015

Hi Everyone,
I am using a Macbook Pro circa 2015 and I'm having issues of Black Screen when trying to record my internet browser activity. Its seems that its not even recognising my screen at all...
I've attached a screenshot of the issue and wondering if someone knows the fix please?
