Question / Help Black screen when trying to record for YouTube.

Every time that I try recording Agar.io, I look at the screen on obs and it shows agar.io screen but when I start playing and click F9 to start the video, The video comes out on movie maker live, is 7 seconds long, and is black the entire time. Ive been using FLV but I dont think thats the problem.
