Question / Help Black Screen when trying to capture LoL

So I recently have had this problem where League of Legends doesn't show in game in Window Capture or Game Capture. It will capture in Game Capture but freeze up right when I get in game instead of continuing to capture the game. I haven't changed any setting since I last streamed (when it worked)

I cannot stream in Display Capture as it takes too much of a toll on my PC and makes the game choppy. I have ran both the game and OBS as admin before, so it isn't that. I also tried re-installing OBS just incase, which didn't work either.

Any help would be appreciated

note: this time i wasnt doing it as admin but I have tried running it as admin and it didn't do anything.

Then I don't understand why it isn't working. It freezes up whenever I use Window Capture.
