Question / Help Black Screen When Recording

When I attempt to record anything that isn't a full-screen game (ex: Powerpoint) my OBS does not record anything but sound. I have tried to do the forum for this problem with game capture-- but I can't even find Nvidia settings. I am on a laptop with Windows 10 and Geforce.

Bug Name: Neighbors House explode while start streaming

Build Number: OBS-Studio 21.0.1 64bit
Environment:
Windows 7 32bit
Intel Xeon Platinum 8180
128GB Ram
NVIDIA Quadro K5200

Description:
While im start streaming my Neighbors House explode.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Start OBS
2) Klick on "Start Streaming"
3) Neighbors House explode

Expected result: OBS should start streaming.

(Atach Crashlog, Screenshot, Dumpfile, etc..)
