Question / Help Black Screen When Recording With Game Capture and Video Stuttering

Hey guys,

So 1 of 2 things keep happening to me: The video is black when using game capture (only sound is recorded), or if I somehow manage to record video it stutters like hell.

I have no idea what to do anymore.
I tried with V-Sync on/off (doesn't help).
I tried different presets (ultra, super, veryfast)
I tried changing Common FPS Values (30-60)

About the black screen:
By default 'Capture any fullscreen application' it NEVER starts recording what I'm playing.
If I have resolution set to 1600x900 for example, the video is not "fullscreen". Sometimes I get an option to resize
the recorded image (a red border appears at the preview screen).

I also tried running it as admin, still shit. Doesn't change anything.

Fucking frustrating.

Any ideas?

Do you see red bounding box in preview window like in this post: OBS Studio Game Capture Not Working At All ?

You may try fr-043 demo, and see, can you capture it or not (full steps there: Game capture not working, right under the spoiler). Post log from this attempt.
For AMD VCE try to setup bitrate 20 times up to your current settings and revert Color Format to NV12 (I444 doesn't make sense). Set lower resolution (to 1280x720@30) and so on.

Few applications (UWP - Metro/Store, DirextX 12) not working with 'Game Capture' in current OBS Studio build.

Thx for the reply :)

I did not have the red bounding box visible before (or rarely). I have it now though.
Not sure what exactly you mean by upping my bitrate up 20 times.
About my Color Format: I had NV12 up until today, when my friend suggested I put it to I444. To be honest I don't know what's the difference.

I tried capturing some gameplay footage now and the screen is still black (I recorded WildStar).
I tried both options: 'Capture any fullscreen application' and by manually selecting 'WildStar.exe'.

I was hoping the red box would fix this... :(

*UPDATE*

I tried recording Warframe and it actually worked. I set my bitrate to 20.000 (looked like shit at 2500-3000).
Tried recording WildStar and still black screen. I didn't change any settings of whatever.

So now the problem is that it doesn't work with every application...
