I'm getting a black screen when capturing. I've seen various suggestions to fix this, such as disabling hardware acceleration, but my PC does not seem to show this option (see screenshot). I saw the thread re: AMD laptops, and that is n/a here either.
I'm on Win 10, version 19045.5854.
