Question / Help Black screen when capture SCREEN

Hi guys, I have already read other forum posts for this problem.
I have seen 1000 tutorials on the tube and still have not been able to solve.
My Lenovo laptop: AMD FX-7500 CPU
GPU RADEON R7 M260DX with 2 GB Ram
WIN 10
RAM 16 GB
SAMSUNG 500 GB SSD

I tried all the procedures of the forum which then are the same that I saw on the net and still when I try to capture the screen I can't. Always black screen! Please if anyone can help me do them! HELP ME! thank you all!
