Question / Help Black screen using game capture

Hello,
So as the title says, my obs 19.0.3 is not picking up any game through game capture. I was using obs studio 0.16.6, and everything worked perfectly fine, but today i decided to move up to the latest version. Games i was trying to capture were PUBG and CS:GO, both displays black screen. I think i tried everything, running as administrator, using compatibility with windows 7, but nothing really helps. When i tried screen capture, i could see my desktop and game when it was on windowed mode. I searched through forum and internet but couldnt find any fix for my problem.

My PC specs:
i7 4790k | gtx 970 | 8gb ram

Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.

So i uninstalled msi afterburner, rivatuner and geforce experience (it had some sort of ingame overlay), i checked my program list for anything else that could interrupt it and i didnt found anything that could confilict with game capture. After rebooting PC, i tried again and unfortunately nothing changed.
