Black Screen Sometimes When Recording Videos in Display Recording

When I first downloaded OBS it worked perfectly for the first two days and then on the third day I went to record an episode of a show off the website and it recorded a black screen with the audio playing. It works for videos on google drive and youtube, but not netflix, hulu, prime, or TVNow.de. I want to know what happened and how to fix it. Please and thank you.

I've tried changing the graphics to power saving and it doesn't work. I also tried to use different ways of recording the video (display capture, game capture, window capture) and nothing is working.

I had the same problem and it was because I activated HDR in windows.
OBS does not support HDR so you have to disable it in graphic settings when you want to record.
If it does not work, there is that in your log
Code:
[AMF] The detected AMF runtime is too old, please update your drivers.

How do I do that?

How do I do that?
Right click on your desktop, then graphic settings or display settings.
And then you can look here to see if it's enable or not.

I have the same problem.
Until a while ago, I was able to record TVNOW RTL (German) streams with the screen recorder without any problems.
Now it no longer works. The sound is recorded. The website can be seen. The stream remains black. I have already tried many of the tips. Asked Youtube for advice. All without success. Other movies from other channels can be recorded. It also does not work with other screen recorders. Does anyone have an idea for a solution?
Windows Version 2004 ( Build 19041.1110)
Thanks a lot
Chris
