Question / Help Black screen question

I am simply trying to capture the video in my browser. The program has been working well for over a year. I tried to capture a window yesterday and now just get the black screen. If I start and stop recording it saves the black screen in the proper file. Any suggestions of what could have caused the program to no longer work?

Not sure what happened. I turned it on and off again and it started working correctly. thank you.
