Bug Report Black Screen on Video Capture Device that use to work.

I recently got back home and plugged my Black Magic PCC4k into my compute using the Black Magic UltraStudio Mini Recorder. I have had this set up for a few months and it has worked fine until today. I started up obs and got a black screen where my camera display should be.
I have tried deleting all of my sources and scenes and recreating them, changed out all my cables, made sure everything was fine in the Black Magic Desktop Video software settings and even tried a different camera; nothing.
I then tried switching over to the streamlabs obs but still had the same issue. Nothing has changed on my computer as far as iOS is concerned.

Its just weird because this use to work just fine a week ago. Then i took my camera to go shoot some video els where, came back home to do a stream and hit this wall.

I am just completely stumped here. Can someone help me out??

my black magic device is set, all the settings are correct. Again nothing has changed from when it worked before till now.

I also could not get it to work when using either black magic device or video capture device.
