Question / Help Black screen (On two different computers)

I recently started using and installed the latest OBS version onto both my computers. (One is 5 years old and the other one is new)

On both computers all I see is a black screen and within "Advanced Settings" I don't see my video adapter being recognized on either computer.

I have tried all troubleshooting solutions I could find, but none work. The only solution I haven't tried is selecting the video adapter within "Advanced Settings" but I can't because it's blank and I think that's the problem.

How can I fix this?

The 5 year old computer is a desktop the new computer is a laptop (I've posted the log file for the new laptop)

With a log we can check if your video adapter is recognized by OBS.
In posted log:

So, your GPU is recognized.

As in the game? Well the game is Runescape for now until I switch to PS4 slim live streaming which doesn't need OBS.

I just want OBS to work the intended way, but nothing I try solves the problem.

Are you playing it in a web browser or as a standalone client? Nothing in the logs you shared show you trying to capture Runescape, only Explorer and the SnippingTool. Make sure you have Game Capture set to target the right window.
