Question / Help Black Screen on League of Legends full screen

Hello, i have been streaming league of legends for a week now and i had no problems what so ever, but the darnest thing happened and my game capture stopped working and all it shows is a black screen. Multi-adapter compatibility works but it makes the game worst with more fps lag than i was originally getting. I have no idea what is going on and would greatly appreciate the help. My log file is posted as well

yeah that's not working, i know i have AMD, but with the newer versions they took out the additional settings option. >.<
