Black screen on laptop ( already read Laptop Troubleshooting it doesn't solve )

Hi all,
i've this black screen issue on my laptop:
obs studio 26.02.2 ( 64bit)
winver win10 version 1709 ( OS built 16299.2107)
my ONLY display adapters is a intel HD graphics 620

The strange thing is that in windows capture mode select notepad.exe I see correclty
If I select Teams i just see black screen.
can you help me understand what happens?
