I've encountered an issue where, when I open games like Warframe in fullscreen mode (I'm not sure if this affects it, but most likely), my hidden OBS opens on the second monitor (which is where I usually use and hide OBS), and it just shows a black/white screen, as seen in the screenshot below.
This doesn't happen with all games, but it occurs quite frequently. Warframe is the exact example I can provide.
