Black screen on Game Capture, Windows 7

I resetted my settings for my OBS due to problems and it ended up making my game capture have black screen, no matter how much I fix it (Display capture still works but... not game capture. It used to work years ago)

If you're wondering why I don't just set the thing on NVIDIA control panel:

I cannot find the setting sadly

This also doesn't fix it either, I've been struggling with this for a while now, can someone help?

Ah yeah, I used game capture to mostly record SAI. It used to work but now it doesn't.
