So I've been using OBS for a couple of months now and occasionally had some recordings output a black screen. Up until now I've been able to Google around and find fixes which work, but the latest one has me flummoxed.
I've tried a range of settings on Game Capture, I've tried Display Capture, and I'd have tried Window Capture if it could find the game's specific window (that may be part of the problem - I've no idea). I've also tried running as an administrator, not running as an administrator, running OpenGL and running the other option I'm given - still no good.
I generally record older games and they've been working fine: it's just Dawn of War II.
