Question / Help Black screen on display capture, cannot fix.

I am having the problem of the black screen whenever I try to capture something on my ASUS laptop. I have had OBS running on my computer before, and I used the NVIDIA Control Panel fix to do so. However, I recently did a PC Reset, which deleted OBS. After reinstalling OBS, I have the same problem as before. My NVIDIA Control Pannel seems to be inaccessible. I have tried even digging through the files to find the .exe file of the control panel, and it would not open. It does not display an error message or anything, it just does not open. I have tried multiple fixes to no avail. The only way I was able to get the display to show up in OBS was by going into device manager and disabling NVIDIA entirely, as some people online had suggested. This made the capture appear in OBS, but when I started a recording, it gave the the error message "Starting the output failed. Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date" I have checked my video drivers and ensured they are up to date. I am not sure of what to do, please help!

For display capture to work on a laptop, OBS needs to run on your integrated graphics (not Nvidia). If you can't open or use the Nvidia software to specify what GPU OBS uses, you need to resolve this issue before OBS can use display capture.
