Black Screen on CSGO when recording

Hey guys, I have a black screen when I try to record CSGO clips. I have tried going into high performance mode, but I can't find obs64.exe in the 64bit file (so I cannot go into options and change into high performance because of this) Help is appreciated

C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe (or wherever you have installed OBS). Click "Options" (example screenshot).
So I cannot find the file obs64.exe as shown just before
