Question / Help Black Screen of "NOPE" window capture w Intel HD 5500 graphics only

Help, I'm trying to capture a application (Sony action cam viewer) and when I use the window capture option i get the black scree. I have went through the solutions listed but only have the single Intel HD 5500 graphics. what settings am i missing or should try? is this just a OBS problem? Are there any other ways i can capture this application/widget? TIA

as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.
