Question / Help Black Screen of Death. Tried Everything

I was told to come here to get my answers. I cannot for the life of me get any game to record. All the time it's a black screen but the audio is still there. I tried running as admin, enabling anti cheat, enabling multi adapter, nothing works. I need help ASAP as I want to get back to recording. What games?
What renderer?

Your system does not need multi-adapter under any circumstances.

Doom 2016, Unreal Gold, Serious Sam Games, My PS2 Emulator. Anything. What do you mean by renderer? Like Graphics API? I'm using Vulkan in Doom and I guess Open GL for any other game?

OBS cannot capture vulkan rendered games AT ALL right now.

Use OpenGL or DirectX if at all possible. (Yes DX12 is an option)

Still doesn't fix my problem. I switched back to Open GL on Doom and there is still a black screen of death. I forgot to mention I'm using DirectX in most of my games I was pretty stupid to say I used Open GL for all of them. But anyways. I don't understand why this isn't working. What else can I try?

Also, are you using any 3rd party overlays in your games?

Try in a new scene collection with a single scene and a single game capture source.

Having multiple game capture sources in the same scene collection causes those capture sources to trip over each other.
